With the factory chrome trim removed work begins on welding the holes closed that once held the trim retainers in place. After all the initial welding is done a a rough grinding is completed and light coat of primer is applied to prevent rust. Later, a body filler will be applied and sanded so it will appear as if the body never had the trim holes in it. Since Bubba is turning this into a pro touring car it will be shaved and lowered giving her a very sleek look. |
